1. Confirm w/TM if order was placed through Amazon integration store or through Sun Store
- If through Amazon, TM needs to click on "Support" located in the bottom left corner of their SunRewards home page
- A response back can take up-to 48 business hours
2. If order was places through Sun Store, please share ticket to HR-General Support
