iPad cracked/won't power on

1. Search AssetTiger for existing (damager) iPad using asset tag #
2. Copy SN from AssetTiger
3. Search SimpleMDM using copied SN
4. Upon finding the device is SimpleMDM, use the IMEI to search for the device in Verizon to remove data from the device. Ensure the damaged device has been updated in SimpleMDM and AssetTiger as well.
5. If needed, order a new device from Verizon from one of our existing "Available Lines".
6. New device will need to be asset tagged and labeled accordingly in SimpleMDM, AssetTiger, and Verizon.
7. An Electronic Device Agreement form will need to be sent out to the TM via Docusign.
8. Ship the device using ShipExec.
